If anyone could shed some light on this it would be brilliant. One the one ocassion iTunes said it was done I went to the file only to have it come up with "File can not be located" and after looking up the file in question in finder I found that the folder was empty with no file of the extras anywhere to be found on my harddrive. The most common error message to come up is 8008, but sometimes it'll come up with 3253 and a more exdensive list of faults, more recently the error has been 3260 with a connection refusal. There is space for it on my hard drive and I have no other downloads that are trying to download semaltaniously.
Restarting the program and restarting the laptop have the same effect. When I try reconnecting it reverts back to the last place where it got stuck and starts from there again, sometimes without any progress. The download will get to serton marks and then not past that for ages. Not having spend the last day or so trying to get it to work I am at a loss. After buying The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on iTunes I was mostly looking forward to the iTunes Extras but when I proceded to download the files the film worked fine however the extras did not.
